Question about PC Laptops
I have had this laptop - acer, for barely six months now and initially the print seemed fine.but one day it was left on a table with direct sunlight on it for a very very long time.did that actually make the difference.
my sister has the same loptop bought on the same day and there is a lot of difference in the colour.
could this be the reason for the colour to have become light???
It seems to be getting lighter like its running out of ink.I am very worried and I also have to strain my eyes a lot now.
Is there any method to darken/ lighten the contrast ( like phones have and /or font sizes can be changed etc )?
I would be grateful for your help.
my laptop is an acer aspisre 2920 but assistance is not accepting this as a valid product.
What is this????I am reeeaallly worried now.
please help. Is my product not valid or non existant?
There is a brightness control on the laptop. If you'll notice in blue on the number or function keys should be a symbol for increase brightness or decrease brightness. I think its F8/F9. By pressing the Fn key down and then using those keys it will increase or decrease the brightness of the screen.
That being said, however, it does sound like there is another issue going on with either the LCD inverter or the LCD itself, possibly the backlight in the screen. I would contact Acer warranty service so they can service your laptop if it is still under warranty as LCD replacements can be costly.
