Look in the setup menu, set is now set to air or antenna which on cable will only allow channels 2-13------------if on cable or such switch the setting to catv/cable and not to air/antenna.

Hello, I am currently having a problem with my Audiosonic KM0767 Standard Definition Set Top Box. When we first bought it we wired up all the plugs and it worked great. We then moved onto Foxtel...

did you switch the TV's incoming signal to digital antenna? For the cable box it was probably set to cable antenna or analog inputs, not all TV's have automatic switching for antenna feeds. My Mitsubishi has 1 digital and 1 analog antenna input and the cable box will only work through the antenna input if it's the analog antenna input and it's tuned to channel 3 or 4, -(or through a seprate HDMI, PROSCAN, SVCR,or a yellow RCA plug input)- and when the analog antenna input is selected the TV will tune all analog cable channels that the cable service offers if a box is not used. likewise the TV will not tune any channels at all if it's set to digital antenna inputs. It will tune all local channels only when set to digital antenna inputs.

I need help setting up my Sega Master System, I am unable to attatch it to the tv.

Hi, Sega master system 2 are connected to your TV via an RF cable. One end is RCA which connects to your console the other end is Pal which connects to you TV's antenna inlet if your using the sega RF switch then the RF switch connects to your antenna inlet on your TV and you should have a RCA to RCA cable which connects the console to the switch. Please note these cables and power adaptors can in some cases be faulty. These console are manually tune to VHF-1 frequency so make sure your TV has this frequency. some do tune to UHF but most tune to VHF-1 if you need parts or want your console modified to connect to a modern TV via AV inlets or S-video visit www.gameoz.com.au they stock a huge range.

I have a samsung remote 00104N, i cant reset my tv to switch to cable..its on default antenna setting.pls help

There should be a button on the TV itself for setting options, it's probably labeled "menu"-this is where you access the settings for cable/satellite/antenna/line in, etc.

Hope this helps!

Do I need an antenna on my sony model # KV35S45 TV when I cancel my cable?? If so, where is the antenna connection on the TV?? I can't find one. Thanks.

YES! the antenna will plug into the same spot the cable wire is connected too ( you may have to buy a adapter for $1.00 for the the antenna wires to connect to back of your set available at any wall-mart or radio shack) And since your switching to antenna you will need to buy a digatil converter box in FEB to get antenna TV!

Thank You!

try this: there should be an area in the menu to switch between cable and antenna switch to the antenna and rescan in the channels and if you have the antenna that has a plug make sure it's plugged in also...

Proron pltv-4250 no signal

THE BEST INPUT ON YOUR SET IS THE HDMI INPUT.2ND THE COMPOSITE INPUT. 3RD THE COMPONENT INPUT. AND 4TH THE ANTENNA INPUT. MOST DISH BOXES HAVE AT LEAST THE COMPONENT OUTPUT. YELLOW IS THE VIDEO AND RED AND WHITE FOR AUDIO. USE RCA CABLES TO GO FROM BOX TO LCD SET. ON THE DISH BOX YOU CAN GO FROM ANTENNA OUT TO THE CABLE OR ANTENNA IN ON THE LCD. SWITCH TV TO CHANNEL 3. AND TURN YOUR DISH BOX ON.

Switching from cable to an antenna

well first off, on 2-9-09 the off air antenna will be eliminated. and you must have a converter box to receive signal. Now on the set that you have, you must check and see if its a dual tuner. NTSC or ATSC and still try to run the auto search on cable and see how many channels you get. Most Tvs only have cable setting and not off air. so try it and see.

Mitsubishi vs-45609

You should have two antenna inputs A & B. Most commonly the RF or TV output on the back of the cable box is connected to antenna A and the TV has to be set for channel 3 or 4 depending on which station is not available in your area. If you don't get a picture on 3 or 4 then switch the cable box to antenna B or find the switch on the remote that allows you to remotly switch antenna inputs. If your TV has a connection that says "cable out" don't use that one as that is for a more complex setup. I hope this helps you.
