Pull up the main menu on the iPod screen. You can do this by pressing "Menu" on the click wheel.
Choose "Settings" from the list of main menu options. You will get a supplemental menu of choices. Find "Date & Time" on the list of options and select it using the click wheel. Press the click wheel to change the current time or date. The center button will take you to the next setting that you want to change. The changed time or date is immediately displayed on your iPod.
