That could indicate a problem in your operating system. I'm assuming that this happens at start up. you should try to check the programs that run at startup and reduce those that aren't necessary. this will infact speed up the general start-up time of your computer. If your system is windows, go to start . Run and enter msconfig and ok. a dialog box will appear, go to start up and uncheck all those you think aren't neccessary during start up. save and restart your computer.
