Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Please disconnect the device, uninstall the device drivers and then after a reboot reinstall the drivers from the CD or the net. Then reconnect the device and start using the device.

Ok, well what you need to do is uninstall all the software, and drivers again reboot the PC, DO NOT plug in the device yet, reboot and re- install the software and drivers, and IF asked or at the end of the install and after a reboot, then and only then plug in the USB device.
Now it should be detected and installed, if it "Asks" for drivers, simply show it where those files are, and it will/should automatically do it After this you should be able to use your USB device.
Also see if your device actually works, try it on another PC, this MUST be done to make sure it is OK. As usual check all cables and connections too.
