Question about Bosch Dishwashers
Don't worry, it will be your new best friend.
All part numbers will be on a label on the back, but there is an easier way.
You can download their product range, and pick the one which looks most like yours.
They may send out a user guide free if you give them a call.
Just to get you started -
Dishwashers need Salt, detergent, and rinseaid.
There will be a large screw cap in the base inside - this is where the Salt goes. Use about 1kg at a time, and water will start to flood out when you unscrew that cap. Don't worry this is normal, and wil onlybe about a mugful - it just panics people sometimes.
On the bosch units, the rinseaid goes into the door when it's flat. Thee may be a cap, or pour into a little funnel. An indicator should show when full, or up to a mark.
I would use DW tablets - just put it into the container on the door and close.
Basic instructions on the front should be for "Heavy soiling, light soiling, Rinse and hold, and Eco."
There may be others, but just gets more complicated.
You can use Eco with any option - it just saves water.
Rinse -Hold is where you put breakfast stuff in, then rinse untill later in the day for the full wash.
The other two are the main washes.
If this helps you, Please take a moment to rate as Fixya! Thanks.
