What does my dream mean?

Taken from http://psychology.about.com
While many theories have been proposed, no single consensus has emerged. Considering the enormous amount of time we spend in a dreaming state, the fact that researchers do not yet understand the purpose of dreams may seem baffling. However, it is important to consider that science is still unraveling the exact purpose and function of sleep itself. Some researchers suggest that dreams serve no real purpose, while others believe that dreaming is essential to mental, emotional and physical well-being. Ernest Hoffman, director of the Sleep Disorders Center at Newton Wellesley Hospital in Boston, Mass., suggests that "...a possible (though certainly not proven) function of a dream to be weaving new material into the memory system in a way that both reduces emotional arousal and is adaptive in helping us cope with further trauma or stressful events

What is love?

def.of love from wikipedia
Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment.[1] In philosophical context, love is a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection. Love is central to many religions, as in the Christian phrase, "God is love" or Agape in the Canonical gospels.[2] Love may also be described as actions towards others (or oneself) based on compassion, or as actions towards others based on affection.[3]
In English, love refers to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from pleasure ("I loved that meal") to interpersonal attraction ("I love my partner"). "Love" may refer specifically to the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love, to the ****** love of eros, to the emotional closeness of familial love, or the platonic love that defines friendship,[4] to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love.[5] This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.
Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.
Love may be understood a part of the survival instinct, a function keep human beings together against menaces and to facilitate the continuation of the species.[6

What is the child obuse?

Hi,

Hope this helps you.. Click thumbs up ok..
_____________________________
Child abuse is the physical, sexual, emotional mistreatment, or neglect of children.[1] In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) define child maltreatment as any act or series of acts of commission or omission by a parent or other caregiver that results in harm, potential for harm, or threat of harm to a child.[2] Most child abuse occurs in a child's home, with a smaller amount occurring in the organizations, schools or communities the child interacts with.[citation needed] There are four major categories of child abuse: neglect, physical abuse, psychological/emotional abuse, and child sexual abuse.
Different jurisdictions have developed their own definitions of what constitutes child abuse for the purposes of removing a child from his/her family and/or prosecuting a criminal charge. According to the Journal of Child Abuse and Neglect, child abuse is "any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caretaker which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploitation, an act or failure to act which presents an imminent risk of serious harm".

What is the importance of music in human life. what is the condition of music in the contempatrary world.

In the field of music there is much to be explored, and the psychological influence of music seems little known to modern science. According to modern science we are taught that the influence of music, or of sound and vibration, comes to us and touches the senses from without. But there is one question which remains: The real secret of the psychological influence of music is hidden in its source, the source where sound comes from the inner experience of music and how it interacts with the sounds coming from the external world music and its influence has been noted in all human societies and that it is known for its ability to put people in good moods, move them to tears, make them want to celebrate and just generally move them emotionally in both negative and positive ways.

Parasitic draw on battery how to check on car with all those electronics still live with ignition key out of ignition lock

You will be able to help diagnose the problem by pulling fuses. Take a volt meter and put it to oms. Disconnect the positive battery cable. Put one end on the positive battery termanal and the other on the cable. Note the oms. Now, pull one fuze at a time until the oms drop considerably lower than before you pulled the fuzes. Thats the system that is drawing the power. Once you know the system you can track it down further. It could also be your altrenator. Disconnect it too and measure the oms before and after. take your time and do one system at a time noting the oms before and the oms after. My quickest guess it it is either your altrenator or your radio. Please note, you will have some "draw" no matter what because your clock radio or door lights will draw power. If you want to see this, test the oms with the doors closed and then test with the door open. The oms number will be higher with the door open.

If you don't have a volt meter, you can always test one fuze at a time over night. That would take considerably longer tho.

What is love

Love is any of a number of emotions related to a sense of strong affection[1] and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to intense interpersonal attraction ("I love my wife"). This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.
As an abstract concept, love usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and platonic love[2] to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love.[3] Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.
