I plugged my MP3 player into the computer to download some music but instead of the screen flashing up as 'usb connected' it showed up as 'charging'. No matter what I did, the screen said 'charging'. I wasn't able to access the MP3 through the computer because every time I tried it said "please connect device.' I've tried everything. Plugging and un-plugging it, restarting it, using different computers but nothing works.
