The screen shows error message:
Fatal Alert. MemoryMgr.c,Line3690, Invalid handle.
and Reset button wich is not working.
Neither soft or hard reset changes the booting, it always returns to the same error message. Also cannot turn off the device with Power button. The device stays On till battery runs off.
Is there a solution to fix the device?
You'll have to do a hard reset. Push the reset button, then hold the power button until the Palm Power appear and then release the power button. Next it will ask if you want to erase the data. I hate to said this but select yes. No will not work. Then after the inital set up run a HotSync.

if it will not power up, you don't have many options.
unscrew the head of the sylus to access the rest tool Press the reset at the back with the stylus This is re-booting, all data safe still here.
Hard reset is last resort...data erased here. Press the reset button again as above after you release, press the power button, keep pressing until the message ( all data stored is about to be erased )
to complete the reset press the upper half of the scroll button, on the front, The digitizer screen appears
pressing any other button here performs a soft reset.
Do a hard reset.
Press the power button and the reset in the back at the same time, release the reset and keep the power button pressed for 10 seconds before releasing. It will ask whether you want to erase data or not, select no.
It should work now.
Mine has gone into the looping/flashing Palm Screen and then displays the hard reset do you want to erase everything. I fixed it by pushing the up button when it gave me the chance to delete everything and it fixed it.
Go to my computer, right click -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager.
Locate your IQUE 3600, or Palm.
Now, if your palm has a Yellow Exclamation mark on it, that means that your computer is not recognizing the Palm. Select Driver details. Re-install the driver off the "Setup CD" that came with your IQUE 3600.
