GE PT916S R2SS Wall Oven gets moisture in the control panel and quits working Then we have to reset the circuit to get it to work again.

There is a good chance you will need to replace it - again and again and again. Electronics were never intended to be utilized in hot or damp/moist environments. But appliance manufacturers could not resist the urge to go modern and replace the perfectly good knobs we all grew up with with buttons and displays that tend to confuse more that help. It is for this reason that appliances today will never last the 10-15 years that the ones our parents bought lasted. The manufacturers know this as well and they're laughing all the way to the bank...

Fridge too warm

It is likely to be either the circulation fan in the freezer or the defrost element. The cold air is blown from the freezer into the fridge if the fan doesn't work then no cold in fridge( actually I think there are 2 fans in these, 1 horizontal 1 vertical) otherwise it could be a defrost problem, if the element doesn't work the rear fills up with ice and the air cant flow. Both are behind the rear panel of the freezer

Fuse # 102 to the ing switch feeds fuses 1, 15, 18, 21, and 27 for the instrument cluster.

The fuses for the shift interlock are 15, 16 and 102.

The common fuse to these 2 issues is fuse # 15, 5A. I would suspect this fuse to be blown.

Not too sure if you used your meter to check the fuse pins on both sides of the back of the fuse with the key in the run position, or if you tried the pull and stare method to check the fuses.

If you change Fuse #15, 5A it should cure the problems.

The ice maker was making noise, and not ejecting ice. I remved it and defrosted it with a hairdryer. I reinstalled it, but now it won't fill up with water

if you had to defrost it then the defrost system has failed and the coil is blocked with ice . this will cause the freezer to be warmer then 15 deg and the ice mker will not work untill its below 15 deg . so you may have the defrost heater failure of timer.
