It could be due to some blockage in either drain sump or the filter plate or the pump rotor.

If you do not have the user manual then post a comment and I will send you the link. The cleaning process is described in the user manual.

Dishwasher top drawer was dead so i was told to change the heater under the drawer i did that but now i got more broblems the top drawer lights up just beeps for a second and does nothing as for the...

Hi,

Whenever the Drawer is Dead, there could be a couple of Reasons. First, it could be a Bad Heater Plate or Bad Control Board on the Front. You could remove the Control Board and Check.More often, you would find visually, that they are Hot and Bad.

On Few Models, there are two Circles. You could use a Pliers and twist them out.The Front will Slide and you could check all the Connections.Make sure they are tight and secure.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

Fisher & pakel dd-603ss top drawer wont drain

Have you cleaned the drain filter ? If not, clean that ( it is beneath the rack where the utensil bin is normally positioned and accessible by lifting up the plastic door..If that is clogged up then your drain flow will be restricted. Also, check to make sure the drain line is not restricted ( pinced or clogged). .And yes , the drain is pumped out. If these tips do not get you going, please write back and let me know.. will help get your dw going ...

Drainout procedure incomplete

please clarify "The lower drawer does not have a similar problem." did the "but we lowered it by about 30mm as he required." make any difference? run this test: disconnect power to the unit. then find and disconnect the drain pump's wires (or connector). then apply power to the pump (I am assuming you have a 115VAC house supply) by a separate wire cord. run the pump on this cord until you see all the water pump out. if it does, then your timer is shutting down the pump too early. the water level sensor is mostly used for the other case during water fill only.
