Hi
i assume you used Word (on your computer) to write up the resume. if not and its on paper right now, you will need a scanner. Scan using Word application from the software package of the scanner you have. save it on Windows Word or word pad.
you will have to edit the copy on your computer as all the text will probably not show up correctly.
if it is on Word in your computer , all you have to do is place the cursor from the beginning of the resume, while holding down the left button on the mouse, select the entire resume text then right click the mouse, select copy and paste (to whatever word document software you have) .

i hope this helps .

You cannot copy and paste it right onto the application (it will garble up). Usually employers have a link on their website that allows you to upload it to them. Also if you are emailing the application, you can send your resume as an attachment with it.

Forget what you know about typical resume writing. While you may find yourself summarizing your work history into a one-page document for a typical job application, your federal resume writing service should be more detailed and run two-to-five pages in length for an entry-level job. A federal resume uses the same information from a typical resume, but goes into more depth about your skills, past duties and accomplishments. http://www.resumeplus.us/

I need to take a word document from my desktop (cover letter) and paste it into the box provided on a job application???

With document open, click CTRL+A to select all. CTRL+C to cut, and then in the application form CTRL+V to paste into the box. These commands are just about universal for all Windows based applications btw.

Hi,

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue

When you start a print job, you will see your printer icon appear in your Dock. Click the Printer icon to open the print queue, which is a list of print jobs that are printing, on hold, or paused. The print queue will also display messages sent from the printer.
You can alternatively open the print queue from the Print & Fax pane of System Preferences.

  1. Delete - Deletes the selected print job.
  2. Hold / Resume - Will hold / resume the selected print job.
  3. Job Info - Shows details of the selected print job, such as job name, status, Completed, Job Message, and so forth.

  6. Printer Setup - Lets you configure the printer's name and location details.
  7. Printer - Sets the Print Queue window into Printer mode.
  8. Scanner - Visible if you have a multi-function printer connected via USB. Click it to set the Print Queue into Scanner mode.
You can see what your print job looks like with Quick Look. Click the arrow on the print job just to the left of the Status column or select the print job and press the Spacebar.
From the Print Queue menu bar, the "Printer" menu has these additional options:
  1. Customize Toolbar... - Used to add and remove item from the Print Queue's toolbar.
  2. Make Default - Will set the printer pertaining to this Print Queue your default printer.
  3. Print Test Page - Will send the CUPS Printer Test Page to your printer.
  4. Network Diagnostics - Will bring up the Network Diagnostics application, used to check each layer of your network connection.
  5. Log & History - Used to open the Console application and show you the log entries for your current and past print jobs.
  6. Show Printer List - Will open the Print & Fax System Preference showing you the list of Print Queues.

  12. Once the search has finished select the pushow**.dll file (therewill be multiple copies if you ran the setup file more than once). Delete the file or files.
  13. Start Firefox and feel really good at being able to cut and paste properly again :)
Firefox is a great piece of open source software. It seems it wasn'ta bug after all but a piece of malware that affected most major webbrowsers.

If this doesn't work its an other mailware/spyware program on their that may be stoping you. Download avast home version for free at avast.com
or use other virus/spyware software.

How to cancel past jobs on ip90v printer

The jobs don't stay in your iP90, it has a limited memory for just what is printing, every time it powers down all past jobs are lost. You need help with OSX and not a printer tech.

Pasteing and how it works

If you mean pasting in relation to cut / copy & pasting

How it works
When you cut or copy something, for example text, it is saved into the clipboard. Then when you paste, the text that is in the clipboard gets pasted. You can paste that same text more than once, it stays in the clipboard until it is over written (by cutting ot copying something else) or you restart your PC.

How to use it
There is a couple of ways to cut / copy & paste

1. Use right clicking menu
you can select something, some text for example, then right click on it with your mouse and select Cut or Copy. To paste right click where you want the text to be pasted and select Paste

2. Use application's Edit drop down menu
you can select something, some text for example, then select the application's Edit drop down menu and select Cut or Copy. To paste click where you want the text to be pasted select the application's Edit drop down menu and select Paste

3. Use keyboard shortcuts
you can select something, some text for example, then press Ctrl + X to Cut or Ctrl + C to Copy. To paste click where you want the text to be pasted then press Ctrl + V to Paste

Hope this helps
