Question about Fisher and Paykel GWL11 Top Load Washer
It's either the cold water valve is not working at all, there's no power getting to it from the Motor Controller Module, or the inlet chamber thermistor is faulty. Check for 24VDC at the cold water valve solenoid terminals during the time that the valve should activate. The valve is not working and must be replaced if there's power getting to it. Check the connections if there's no power and if the connections are good, the Motor Controller Module is faulty. If water is coming in but not detected, consider replacing the inlet chamber thermistor.

Remove the watehose and check for a blocked water hose screen in the water inlet,if you have well water from a very rocky terrain it can pick up this sediment thru the jet pump if in a rural area or even if its in a local municipality with hard water sediment
