Question about Computers & Internet
Hi and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action I strongly suggest that you reinstall the motherboard driver. You may have a system crash on the graphic card that's why it won't work on external monitors.
If the problem still persists then there are two things to look at. First, the connection of the motherboard to the external monitor socket can be damaged or loose so you will have to use soldering gun and lead to attach it. If the motherboard and external monitor socket looks fine then the problem can be on the graphic card itself. This will sure need replacement for it to work.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
