Question about IOGear (GBU211) Bluetooth Wireless Adapter
You need to uninstall/re-install the Bluetooth driver. Once the driver is uninstalled, reload the CD first to the computer and once you see a message "No Bluetooth device was detected", all you have to do is click on 'Cancel' and continue the installation. Run through the installation until you finish it.
Restart the computer and plug the GBU211 into the computer while the computer is restarting. This should help you.
Have a great day!
