If you don't already have an user that has administrator priviledges on the welcome screen (could be one that is not named admin). There is a way to get into the administrator if all have limited or have some trouble. The way to get to the one called admin is through safe mode which you enter it through bootup by clicking F8 at the windows loading screen.

Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove your password from there
control panel user accounts
on the users tab,click the name of the computer administrator you can change the password there
