Great chainsaw, I buy all echo products. Your dealer replaced the rim sprocket which is good but did he check the drum and needle bearing. If your had some serious hours of use, it may have had a worn bearing and drum which would allow the sprocket to be noisy. Easy to check. Remove the side cover and bar/chain to expose the sprocket. Spin by hand and use your good judgement as far as the condition of the bearing and drum shell. It should spin smoothly and quietly without any wobble. Now check bar and chain. Hold bar with the nose up and place the chain on the bar. Use gloves because chain is very sharp. Hold bar at slight angle so the chain will remain on top side and pull the chain in the direction of of travel. It should travel around the bar smoothly with out much effort and not hang-up. Finally, place the bar and chain back on the engine unit and place chain around sprocket. Hold bar in place by hand and see if sprocket aligns with chain, the sprocket should float on drum slightly to help align. If it aligns will enough, pull chain in the direction of travel, it should pull smoothly. Lastly, reinstall side cover and adjust chain so that the chain sags below the bar about 1/8 inch. Pull chain in direction of travel, it should move smoothly. Now adjust tension to chain to just remove slack, however still pull thru smoothly. If chain hangs or sounds noisy at the sprocket, return saw to dealer and have them replace clutch, bearing and another new sprocket. Try to be there when they remove the drum so that you can take a look at the surface of the shaft where the needle bearing makes contact. It should be very smooth. Good Luck
Yes I believe that your dealer should remove the clutch completely and examine roller bearing and the surface /shaft it rides on and of course try to align the bar to the sprocket. For now I believe that you could run the saw with just minimal tension on the chain and adjust often. It is ok to run the saw with chain sagging just slightly off the bottom. Too tight will cause wear on all parts and tend to streach the chain. Glad the information was useful.
