Question about Televison & Video
This happens because a component inside your tv has failed. This is what's happening: when you give the command to start the power source gets activated and starts converting the power from the mains in the voltages needed by the rest of the components. Because one of these components is faulty it will act as a short drawing way more power than normal. This triggers the autoprotection system of the power source so it's automatically shut down and it will stay like that as long as it's powered.
The only way to fix that is to have the tv tested to identify the faulty part and replace it. This can be done only by someone who has done this before and really knows what he's doing. So it's time to call a repairman and keep the tv unplugged until it comes, every time you try to start it up the damage gets a little bigger and more expensive to fix.

your TV is having a power problem. The power supply board is defective that's why the TV won't power up. Its receiving power but it cannot transfer the current to the necessary part of the TV because a capacitor, diode, etc may have been faulty. Until these bad components are replaced, the TV might not come on.
This may have occurred as a result of excess power supply, power surge/irregular power supply entering into the TV.
If you know about TV repairers, I would suggest that you open the TV and read the power board/panel with a meter, detect the bad component and replace it. Take note that TV stores a lot of current that can shock, so leave the TV for a while before you open it.
If you don't know about TV repairers, take the TV to the nearest repairman to fix the fault for you.
I wish you good luck.
