Question about Computers & Internet
I need to wipe my hard drive but I cannot find the disks. Thanks for your help.
Remember that wiping your hard drive will erase everything on your drive, restoring it to an 'as new' condition. Try to back up whatever you can before you restore the hard drive.

Get in touch with your PCs manufacturer to get fresh set of disks (you can also download them from your mfg website), or check if it has a Utility Partition (usually press F10, F11 or F12 while booting up).

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
