Dust shutter problem

The dust shutter of my Epson 850Z seems to have come apart and will not open and close when the camera turns on. The pieces of the shutter are there, but not covering the lens. Is it possible to take the dust shutter off to see what is wrong in there.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
