Then you either have to lower the water height so that it doesn't overflow the overflow tube, or you have to replace a seal on the ballcock or replace the ballcock with a modern style.

I have a Jacuzzi low flow toliet. Sometimes the water won't shut off after it is flushed

A frequent cause of this is a defective flapper. If the flapper does not seat properly after a flush, the refill water will flow continuously

We just installed this toliet yesterday and there was nothing in the instructions about how to set the water level, there is not enough water in the tank to flush the toliet properly

Depending on the type of water regulator/flush valve you have it varies. Usually there is a screw that regulates how much travel there is on the arm with the float on the end, or the float that moves up and down on the column. If you restrict this movement the water fills less and vice versa.

Toliet won't get rid of solids

first shorten the chain from flush lever to the flapper valve by one or two links at a time until flushing properly

second the flapper valve might need a wipedown as well as its seal (top edge of tube where water goes down into bowl) the leaking is because the flapper valve is not seating properly.. you may need to replace the flapper itself.. easy to do, and a common part at hardware store.

Toto toilet has weak flush

Check water level in tank and also under rim off toliet bowl where water come's out. Make sure level in tank is right and it has ports all around rim. they can be clogged up also.

You can use a roofing nail to stick in ports it is several around under rim that you can't see but are there where water comes out. Because if the ports some are stopped up it will restrict proper amount of water to certain areas.

Yes, it will run up your bill! Sounds like the float is hanging up. Take tank lid off and flush, watch the float and if your tank fills quickly but does not stop, bend the float arm to angle the float down further, this should allow your water to stop coming in much quicker. The other possibility could be if the plug at the bottom does not seal correctly after flushing, if so, the water will leak until the plug sits down all the way.

My super new eco toilet splashes me in the face.

This sounds like a pressure-assisted toilet, yes?

If so, there is a pressure regulator inside the tank that my or may not be adjustable. Some are set for about 30 psi, but some manufactuers make a lower pressure model set to about 20 psi. I'm pretty sure you will need to remove the pressure assist assembly to access the regulator, which is inside the tank. If possible contact the supplier where you purcased the toliet, explain what's happening, and ask them what possible options you have for your model.

Tank will not refill after you flush

okay depending on the type of toilet ball **** (i know its a funny word, but it's really what its called.) you have one the most standard type is the long wire with the big ball on the end. you need to adjust this ball **** so it goes lower test it out, flush your toilett and wait till the water drains then when its supposed to come back up push down on the ball **** and youll see the water will start to fill, so then adjust the little screw on the fill valve (the other side of the floater where its attached)

you may need to shut off your water supply and drain your tank depending on how skilled you are,

pretty simple work, if you have questions feel free to ask.
