When you purchased your computer the provided you with Either a Restore CD or A partition where you could restore your computer back to the way you got it from the store.
A. The Restore CD all you would have to do is put it in your CD Drive and boot to the cdrom. Once it boots up to the cdrom it will guide you through the restore process. Understand though anything you had before you started using the computer will be gone, so if you want to save anything you will need to save it before you run the Restore CD. Don't be intimidated by using the restore cd... it is made to be pretty simple. Basically you put the cdrom in answer a couple of easy questions and let it run. It will save you some money if you do it yourself.
B. If you have a restore partition you will have to look as you are booting up your PC to see if it tells you to hit a certian key to restore PC. Once you hit that certain key follow the above steps above.
If for some reason you don't have a restore cd or a restore Partition, call the manufacturer and they will send it to you for a nominal fee. I just ordered on for my cousin from Dell and it cost $19.00, and ofcourse if you ever have to wipe your drive clean again you can use the same cd.
I hope this works for you, don't be intimidated!!

No that not normal.
Turn the laptop off and remove the AC power and then the battery. Plug in AC power only and start the laptop, let it boot into the operating system and then turn it back off.
Remove AC power and reinsert the battery, then plug in AC power again and look for the charge indicator LED light on the front of the laptop.
If the light comes on then it's charging.
If it doesn't then there is a problem with the laptop.
I would recommend giving Fujitsu a call as their customer service is excellent.
