Blue screen on bottom

Good Day;
I am sorry but I'm not sure what you exactly mean.
Let me ask you a couple of questions:

1. This TV is rear projection or DLP??
2. Can you see a picture in this blue zone??
3. Are the colors seperated/mainly the blues and shows up more clearly when writing is on the screen??

Sorry I was not more helpful, please give me more information.
But if number 1. applies the light is bad if you have a DLP,
If number 3. applies the tv may have a convergence problem.

First try unplugging the TV from the wall for 4-5 minutes then plug back in. Let me know, Big Irish.
