I just purchased an edu science 102mm telecope. I


The end with the focuser. Then put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. I believe this model is a REFLECTOR, if it is there is a mirror in the bottom of the scope.

REFRACTORS have a lens in the front of the scope.

Problem with Celestron Starseeker 100mm refractor


Could be several different mechanical or electronic issues with the scope.

From a dirty encoder disk inside to a bad motor clutch.

Best to return it to Celestron for repair.

Celestron Super C8 Tripod sliding rings broken


please tell me more about the sliding ring on the C8.Perhaps you are talking about the clamping rings.
you can get new ones... let me know , i will post a link...
