While you may find a kit specific for your portable air conditioner, it would be far easier and faster to simply measure the diameter across the exhaust port on the back of the unit. In US measurement, it may be 4 inch or 5 inch across.
Go to a hardware store (a quaint local one or a Home Depot if you must.) They will have a kit (for clothes dryers) that will most likely include the flexible tubing and two clamps. They also will have separate/bulk flexible tubing and clamps available.
Depending on how permanent the air conditioner installation is, the same hardware store will have exhaust outlets that can go through the wall and probably fit into a partially opened window.

The unit is probably low on freon and so it is running too cold....this trips the freeze stat and shuts down the compressor till it warms up and you reset it by turning it off and then on again...
The unit will need to be recharge or replaced...
Here isa tip that I wrote about how to add refrigerant to a air conditioner or coolingsystem

SOURCE: I OWN A AMCOR AF11000E,
Have you checked the Freon level?
If the compressor kicks in but there is no cold air coming out of the a/c the next thing to check would be the Freon level.
If the Freon level is not sufficient or has depleted then it needs to be refilled. Check what type of Freon you compressor is using the most generic is R-14 or R-12.
Check if there's a cap for the condenser coils because some units does not have it.
To refill you must make a hole to the coil and use some hose with a pressurize small compressor to transfer the CFC from the Freon Tank.
You would need to have a gauge so you could measure the amount of Freon that you will transfer.
Once the transfer is successful you would need to use an acetylene torch and a metal patch to close the hole that you made and make sure that it is sealed so the Freon won't leak.
Hope this helps!
