This is a common problem with phones that are designed primarily for games and internet use. The voice part just does not work as well. That said, I have a few suggestions for you. First, if you are using speaker phone switch it off. If you are not using speaker phone switch it on. The speaker button is in the bottom right had corner of the keypad. Second, if you need to go hands-free find a high quality hands-free device. Your cell phone provider will have the best suggestions for you. Thirdly, take the phone in for servicing to make sure it is not a faulty receiver in your phone. Best of luck.

Hi

Are you talking about voice command on your device or voice command on your phone? Are you doing a long press or a short press of call button? it will behave differently based on how long you press.

My htc touch P3450 smartphone felt down and afer that I can't hear the voice of who is calling me. I can hear it only with "speaker on" Please help me.

You phone is experiencing hardware problem. The mic got misplaced or not aligned well to its board due to the fact that it was felt down. I suggest that your take your phone into a cellphone repair shop because with that kind of problem there is no serviceable parts that you can handle okay..

I am a very unhappy customer due to T-Mobile poor service. First I would like to start with the free airline flights, servers being down. Searching error messages on my phone, and replacement of my cell...

OK, first tmobile is just a lying, poor reception company and I suggest you switch to verizon. The phones are really good, I have the env3 and it is the best phone ever! I would hire a lawyer to get out of the contract

Try using the voice dialing feature. I had the same problem until I used the voice dialing. It worked fine after that.

My A1200 Touch Screen is not Working

Well, I bought two A1200 that have the same problem but I bought them to use as modems. There is one thing that makes me believe that it is the digitizer, the phone works great, you can receive calls, use the camera etc. everything that works with the buttons. So I bought a touch screen in Ebay (about 10$) to get this fixed, if you want to do it by yourself take care, you need to solder the touch screen, this isn't very easy. If you want to go by the more secure solution buy a complete screen with touch screen (about 40$). You can find manuals searching in google.
I hope that info helped something.

boot_c_03.08.00r_mpap Paul Sager from FixYa has posted a solution for this problem previousley (as below). I have tried the Motorola and Verizon sites (tried the store as well) and the software is not available to flash the phone. Do you know of a site that would still have it available? Or can this question be sent to Paul to further comment on it? All I want to do is recover the phone numbers, notes and calandar from the phone via Activesync or Windows. Paul Sager 2335 Solutions July 14, 2010 I can help you with your Motorola Moto Q. What has happened is that the firmware of your phone has become corrupted. When this happens your phone will no longer finish its boot sequence. This is a very common situation with many phones: in fact, much of what I do here at Fixya is explain how people can fix their MP3 players, GPS and phones by reflashing the firmware. The good news is that if you take your phone into your carrier's store, they can reflash it for you right there (if they have a competent tech handy.) If you are comfortable with computers etc, you can also do it yourself. Your computer will communicate with and fix your phone, even though it doesn't seem to recognize it right now - I've seen this many many times. My only warning for you is that if you are going to flash your phone yourself, you need to get the correct firmware from motorola's site for your carrier. I just downloaded the Verizon firmware as an example - Motorola's website has about ten different carrier firmwares for their MotoQ phone. I hope that helps.
