Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
Okay.. i just bought this motorola q.. everything on the phone works great except for the fact that when i call or get called by someone the person can't hear me, but i can hear them fine. any sugguestions?
This is a common problem with phones that are designed primarily for games and internet use. The voice part just does not work as well. That said, I have a few suggestions for you. First, if you are using speaker phone switch it off. If you are not using speaker phone switch it on. The speaker button is in the bottom right had corner of the keypad. Second, if you need to go hands-free find a high quality hands-free device. Your cell phone provider will have the best suggestions for you. Thirdly, take the phone in for servicing to make sure it is not a faulty receiver in your phone. Best of luck.
