maybe there's a problem with the magenta cartridge hole and it shoots out too much color. or, the regulator went dead. try replacing the cartridge. if you have recently refilled it with ink and it wasn't genuine, it might be too wattery (not dense enough). in that case you might want to replace the cartrige anyway so to not get the new inx mixed with the old one and cause it to 'clodh' up (my english is bad ... to prevent the inks making small dense balls to fill up the hole of the cartridge)
You are experiencing a printer cartridge problem. Sounds like some of the colors in the print cartidge have run out, either that or the nozzles are clogged. Run a nozzle check from the printer software, if it does not fix, try a new color cartridge.
