This also happened to me, but the problem is that your attena cable has accidentally dropped out of your TV. Slot it back in and then auto tune again. Hope that helps!

How do I set up caller Id on my hisense tv thru at&t cable source?

Hello, Karen -

I hope I am correct in assuming the AT&T cable remote control is already synced with your TV.

Also, I hope you are asking about a landline phone with AT&T as the service provider.

If so . . .

With your AT&T remote control, press MENU.

You then should see a side bar with a list starting with GUIDE.

Press 9-8-0-0. which should bring you to the guide listing for PHONE SERVICES. Press OK.

On the PHONE SERVICES screen press OK

Your land line phone number should be listed on the PHONE SERVICES MAIN MENU screen,

One choice on the PHONE SERVICE MAIN MENU will be one for SETTINGS. Move down to highlight CHANGE SETTINGS FOR MESSAGE INDICATOR AND CALLER ID DISPLAY. Press OK.

Follow the on-screen directions to select DISLAY MESSAGE INDICATOR and be sure to choose DONE to save the setting,

After saving the CALLER ID setting, just press the EXIT button on the AT&T remote control and then choose to power the remote control and TV off or choose a channel you wish to watch.

Best wishes,

Welcome to Fixya

Looks like you have no input source connected to the TV. You need an aerial or some type of pay TV service like satellite or cable. You could also try a DVD player. In each case, you have to select the proper input with the set's remote.

Thank you for using Fixya!

What is the model?
Replacement owners manuals are generally very cheap through the service manual services displayed on this site. Google on "owners manual" for your model and maybe you'll get lucky.

Set TV to standby and press Info, menu, mute then power. The set should turn on with the service menu available scroll down until you select reset press right hand arrow next to enter and then enter. TV will turn off. When switched on it goes into Plug and Play mode to reset the analogue and digital tuner. Allow a full reset then you should be ok.
