Question about LG Neon GT365 Cell Phone
Remove yourself from your immediate environment. If you are in a computer lab, office or a room that may contain varying types of electronic signals, step outside and see if your signal improves and the echo stops.
Ask the other caller to turn down the volume on his phone. This may help eliminate feedback and stop the echoing effect. If the other caller is on a speakerphone, have him switch to a handset. Adjust your own volume as needed.
Hold the phone's microphone closer to your mouth. A far-away microphone can make the echo worse. Speaking directly into the mouthpiece can help minimize echoing.
Plug your phone to power with your cell phone charger. Lack of battery power may diminish your phone's ability to run all programs with sufficient power and could be a cause of the delay in your cell phone's sidetone technology.
Ask the person on the receiving end if you can call him back. Hang up your phone, wait a little while, maybe even turn your phone off and then back on, and call him again. This will require a new connection to be made and will probably clear up the echo because it is simply a fluke in the current cell phone technology.
Check the settings of your phone's echo cancellation. If it is off, turn it on. If it is on, turn it off. If you are hearing an echo and the cancellation is off, turning it on should solve the issue. If the echo cancellation is on and you are hearing an echo, turning it off might solve the problem because it is probably the echo cancellation malfunctioning. This setting is only adjustable on some cell phones, usually smartphones.

Is this in reference to the model selected? GT365?

This seems more like a software problem. Please have the firmware reinstalled from LG Service Center for best results.

Hi this is quite common, and is usually to do with the Microphone, feeding back into the call, if there are differing Mic settings, like noise reduction etc, Mic sensitivity etc, try differing settings, also with volume too, and see if one is better or worse, also as a work around i believe you can Mute, the phone when the other person is talking, sorta push to talk, (listen?) as it were.
