Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

No, but it sound like a screen resolution setting issue. Right click desktop and adjust to suit your needs.

I can only see top corner of screen

Hello,

This sounds like you have the wrong video ratio configured in the game. If possible, see if you can access the in game menu and change the video settings to the appropriate ratio ( 1620 x 1200 etc). If you can't access the menu, you may want to uninstall and reinstall the game.
Additionally, some games have a separate launcher program you can run(within the install folder, usually located in C:\program files) which you can change video settings.

Further, make sure that your system meets the required system specs to play the game properly.

You can check the system requirements at the link below. It is the manual for the game. The last couple of pages should show this information.

I just connect my new p186h monitor. Instead of having a fulll 18.5 screen, the display view is app 13" with about 3 in ches on both sides.

You did not supply vital information, what is brand of your monitor and what is your operating system? Indicated problem suggest display settings error.

I assume that you are running some sort of windows?

1. if comes with monitor installation disk, run it first, reboot the computer
2. check on internet on manufacturer site if they have specific driver for they monitor, if yes, download and run
3. click anywhre on desktop right mouse button
4. select with left mouse button "properties" ("screen resolution" in win7),
5. select display settings
6. adjust settings to proper size and resolution
7. sometime frequency need to be adjusted, if this is the case, got to "advanced" and check several different frequencies available for your monitor (this is true in case of windows xp and older, vista and win7 detect usually frequency automaticaly)

Hope this solved your problem, if you require more detailed instructions, do not hesitate to follow this thread.

After I play a game, my screen icons become large and will not restore to the original size.

This happens to me sometimes. It sometimes depends how you shut down the game.(wheather you ctrl+alt+delete to get into task manager and exit of wheather you shut it down from an option inside the game.) If the screen refuses to return back to its original size, go into the screen settings(right-click anywhere on the desktop and thin click properties) where you are able to change resolution etc. and then just have ago at changing these settings. I hope you found this reply useful.
P.S, if u are running windows vista, after rifght clickign on the desktop click personalize then click "display settings" otherwise if you are running windows xp click on properties.
