Question about Polti Eco Pro 3000 Canister Steam Vacuum

Open Question

I have a Polti Vaporetto Lecoaspira 710. I have filled the tank and set the machine up as usual. When I turn it on the boiler pump runs continuously for a minute or so and then the 'beep' begins and the machine shows that the boiler is empty. Obviously the water is not getting through. We don't live in a hard water area so it shouldn't be 'limed -up'. The manual says to leave it to cool down and then try again. That had no effect. The only answer that Polti 'Service' could give me was to try 'Googleing' it., so I have. Any suggestions?

SOURCE: How do I undo the torx screws that hold the Polti

With a torx screwdriver! There's nothing special about these screws except the shape of the hole in the head. Commonest size in small domestic machines is T15.

How to repair polti vaporetto lecoaspira which shows no water with tank full

As you have not provided the actual model number of the steam vacuum, I will guess that problem could be with the float which detects water level in the boiler is faulty and giving incorrect water level information in the container. Will need to check if it is not sunk to the bottom.

Why no steam on polti 715 no steam

I had this problem, that is, my Polti 715 would not create an steam at all. It turned out that the boiler/steamer unit inside the Polti was badly corroded. So the only way to fix it was to replace the boiler/steamer unit inside. I had to send my Polti to an authorized repairer to have it fixed. The reason for the corrosion was that I did not follow the manufacturers instructions fo run the Kalstop solution through the machine every few months to stop calcification in the boiler.

Vaporetto 2400 no access to water tank

The threads have probably stuck together with limescale. Push down with reasonable force while turning the cap, like you would if you were trying to get in one of the childproof bottles. This should crack the limecale and allow you to take it off. Then descale the threads on the top and machine using kalstop or whatever you use.

Have a polti vaporetto 2400 been used 3 times approx but out of warranty heats up ok but wont release steam when trigger pressed.have tried flushing water in tank with no results

these machines like to be used regularly. if allowed to sit (especially after using tap water) they may buld up lime deposits on valves and cause them to stick. you could try filling with vinegar and let set, also tilt it so vinegar runs into valve area. you could heat the vinegar and it will run through the trigger valve area. if this doesn't work you'll need to replace trigger valve.

Polti Vaporetto 2400: Water out light comes on when tank is full

Hi you need to put 5ml of Kal Stop fo Polti machines into 1000/1500ml of water into the tank, The stronger solution is better (1000ml) Let it heat up and this should break down the limescale on the solenoid. I tried this today and it has worked saving ££££'s in repair by Polti.
