Question about Philips Televison & Video
Sounds like the vertical adjustment has spanned beyond the screen, causing it to jump up and then upside down. after the cover is removed look for vertical adjustment and with a non-conductive screwdriver, adjust it a little bit either way to see if it fixes it, if it doesn't fix it, then look again for the right one.
