i was wondering about the replacement of the transistor that you had done on an RCA radio. When i test it with a voltmeter, the ohms jump around erratically. Is this likely the same solution you had?

my unit has no sound, but comes on just fine.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
