The Fuse is internal and you must remove the top cover.  It is a 6.5 Amp, 5mm Euro size, mounted in a circuit board fuse-clip on the inside left rear corner of the chassis.  This is not a "user serviceable" part because if it blows you are usually in deep weeds concerning the power supply circuits.  If you a a "techy" this is not usually a huge problem.  If you find that the unit is "unrepairable" you can sell it on eBAY for parts.  There are lots of techies out there that will buy it.

Hi Jack , little pun. the radio should come on no matter what. Take the radio ( no coax ) plug it into the wall ,now see if it comes on. Look in the back to see if its on AC or DC. Which ever way it is turn it the other way. If the radio doesn't come on you should open the radio and look to where the power cord come in for DC. there is a diode there called a reverse polarity diode. It is probably a 1n4003 but check it anyway to see if its burnt. If it is replace it and the radio should come on . Also check the fuse .

I have a trc447cb radio, it kept blowing fuses, please help thanks...

This radio has been hooked up backwards. CB radios cannot be hooked up backwards or it will destroy it. However this is hope.

Because they can be damaged this way, there are polarity protection diodes in the radio that will blow if the radio is hooked up backwards, before it can hurt anything in the radio.

They are usually N1004 diodes. Is a big black diode that has a white stripe. And if it is blown, it will most likely be Black and burnt.

Open the radio, and look near the power section of the radio. It will be in the back near where the power cord plugs into it.

Look for a burnt black diode. That is the protection diode.

Get an N1004 or better from radio shack, and remove the burnt one, and put the new one in, making sure to put it in with the white strip on the same side as the original.

Once you have finished. Make sure the polarity is correct. Then hook up the radio, and turn it on. Should work fine.

If you want to validate that it is the correct diode, if you pull on leg out of the board, and turn on the radio, it will turn on. When the diode blows, it prevent the power from getting to the board, if you take it out, it will let it through. CAUTION. The radio will work again if you just remove the burn diode without replacing it. But if you hook it backwards again, it will be toast, and as good a door stop.

Kenmore electric dryer model# 66702692 66702 runs but no heat

Hi soccerref209

This could be caused by a number of things. The first thing to check is that you have 240 v
, the dryer will run with 120v but the element need 240v to heat. It could be the element its self or a thermal fuse. hope this helps.
