My canon ip1000 printer show error "print head not available". but head already fix in place

The print head may not be proper electrical connection. Remove the print head and clean the electrical contacts on the ink cartridge and in the printer with methylated spirits, replace the print head and hopefully this will fix the problem.

When I prompt to print, it appears that printer head not installed. My unit is Canon IP1000

I always try to reinstall the print head by taking it out and putting it back in. Or maybe contact whoever you got the printer from or call support.

The head of printer is not installed for canon ip1000

Remove the print head and put it back in place. Check the data ribbon connector that hooks into the print head, it must be firmly connected.

If this still does not work, that means that the print head is probably defective, in this case replace the print head.
