I clipped the wires for the stock radio on my 2003 chevy malibu and now it won't start or it'll start and turn off. How do I fix this? There was a black and white wire connected to the radio that I don't know what it ggoes to.

It may be doubled up with either the radio fuse or the interior lights. If you have replaced the stock radio with a CD player, then the CD player has its own fuse separate of the fuse box. I would start there...
