Question about Samsung B5310 Cell Phone
Hi, I have purchased a samsung corby pro mobile B5310 on 3rd April 2010.The speaker in the mobile is not working and I gave the same for service.Till now I have not got the mobile and the peopkle there are giving all lame excuses which is not at all acceptable. Please look into the issue at the earliest or Please provide me the e-mail id were I can escalate this to the higher levels. The ticket # that they have given to me is 11352. Regards' Sabu
The phone is under manufacturers warranty and if it has no water damage it is covered and you should go to providers store and they should order you a new one. If you have extended warranty you should receive a new one on the spot.
