How do i create a readable DVD so that it can be played in a dvd player or PC?

Yes and No... well it depends on what type of file you're likely to burn. A PC supports all type of files (MKV,MP3,MP4 etc..). Nowadays you easily convert the video file to support playback to your favourite videos. Moreover, a third party program is now created with an ease to their users by auto converting the file to suitable playback.....so the ANSWER IS YES.

Video playback

The playback for the videos is the same as the photos. Once you are in playback mode, use the directional button to go left or right to find the video, once you found it press "up" on the directional button to start the video.

Playback on camcorder

Hi,

Have you tried to play the video files through your PC?

With the SD card inserted into a card reader, i woul dsuggest you right click on the '?' files and click 'properties' and look for the file type as it has obviously changed.

When you find the file type, you will need to download the appropriate software to view it.

I know that VLC media player (google it, free software) id an excellent media player and supports many formats.

I hope this helps a little.

Tapes won't Playback in other deivice

Hello! If the recorded tapes playback ok on the camera and not ok on another devices, you need to readjust the playback on this camera using a tape which playbacks fine on the other devices. This means that is a small difference on the tape transport. So when the supply and takeup post rollers readjusted and the audio and video playback are good, then your camera is fine.

I dont know what type of video my RCA LYRA MC5104B and how can i change my video type?

Video Playback (MPEG-1,2,4/DivX® Certified/WMV-9)

Use the transcoding software that came with the player to convert the videos into proper format (if no install CD, then go to: http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com).

If RCA software fails to convert, you can download a product called Media Monkey, and it will convert your video file type as long as the video does not have DRM-encryption on it. If the videos are encrypted then you will have to buy DRM removal software to convert it.
