i need to set up the internet, send and receive picutures and use the radio on the samsung e730

GuruContact your service provider through there toll free no and ask them for internet settings and mms settings for your mobile..
For radio you dont need to contact service provider,just connect headset and start the radio player and then scan for stations..

MasterIt depends on your service provider.
E730 support only gprs and you need to call your telecom Service provider to inquire if they have gprs connection.
If yes request for an activation settings and you will receive an sms from them notifying you of the activation or if more is required.
You will notified on what to do.
Just request for activation for both wap/internet & mms activation settings.
As for the Radio, you do not need the internet connection for that because it is just an FM Radio.
Select you Radio and select more to search for Radio Stations. After Searching you can then save it when you get a station of your choice.
So when next you go to Radio you won't have to search again.
NOTE: If you require an internet Radio. Visit wap.getjar.com
