the reason you can see the video on the camera but not on the computer is a simple fix. whatever program your trying to play the video on needs an update to its drivers. Type "AVI CODEC DOWNLOAD" then the name of the program your trying to play the video with. Example; "avi codec download windows media player" and you should see options pop up. if it is Windows Media Player i recommend Microsoft.com (but you get the idea). then download, install, and then just try to play it again and it should work fine. :)
