For that first make sure driver of printer is installed you can check it in device manager .If driver is installed and still not work then you need to uninstall old printer driver then reinstall also uninstall all usb drivers from device manager 1 by 1. Then it will automatic install all usb drivers. Then reinstall printer driver if you haven't disk of printer then download driver from below link. A quick fix for most communication errors can be achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. Simply disconnect the printer from your computer (if usb-connected), reboot your computer and unplug/replug your printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reconnect the printer into the computer. Try to print again.

Sounds like it is stuck in "Power Save" mode. Try unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in again. That usually fixes this one...

It might be firewall, or in my case I was connected to my office over VPN. VPN connection from my PC blocked printer communication. Disconnected VPN and it started working.

Did you install the drivers before connecting the camera? That is the best way to do it, not plugging the camera in before installing the drivers. If you connnected the camera before installing the drivers then try uninstalling the drivers disconntecting the camera, installing the drivers, and then re-connecting the camera
