Question about Epson CX8400 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have an Epson CX8400 and use it off and on with my laptop. The software is installed and I have printed docs before with it. I take the usb plug out of my desktop and plug it into my laptop to print. Now if I try to print a doc it will say that it is printing in the que but nothing happens. I try to delete it and it will not delete, cancel or anything I cannot get the document to go away!!!! I have tried restarting my laptop, it is still in the que. I try canceling all docs and it is still in the cue saying it is deleting. It never does!!!!!
Are you using Windows XP? If you are go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and stop the Print Spooler Service. This should clear the pending print jobs.
Then re-start the service.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
