Go to the BIOS (accessing BIOS depends on the model of the computer, though it is usually by pressing F2 during startup). Once you are in BIOS check your computer's boot sequence and temporarily disable other devices listed EXCEPT for the hard drive. If it is still not booting up, your hard drive may need to be formatted.
