Question about NetGear WGT624 Wireless Router
Netgear routers have a password and you may have a visible security key, depending on the type of wireless security used. My home office uses WEP, and my key is 1011121314. It keeps the neighbors out of my network.
If you log into your router and click on the Wireless tab, it will tell you what type of encryption you're using. If it's WPA-PSK or something with WPA, you'll either have to remember what the key is, or assign a new one.
If you don't know how to log into the router, then this is not the place to ask, because we have no way of knowing if it's your router or someone else's.
