Try this:

1. From the home screen, go to settings and then parental control.

2. When prompted for the password, perform the following sequence using the controller: X, Y, Left Trigger, X.

3. Enter in a new password, or disable parental control entirely.

Cant remember parental pass code for the original Xbox

Go to My Xbox>System Settings>Memory on your xbox dashboard. Delete your profile only (not profile and games) from the hard drive and then recover it to the console. To recover your gamertag to your console, all you need is the email address and password associated with the account.

I FORGOT MY PASS CODE AND I CANT PLAY XBOX LIVE NO MORE ALSO I CAN REMBER ANYTHING ABOUT MY PASS CODE

Its not a big problem as long as you have a recovery question set up with the account.
Try going to http://msn.com and trying to recover a password with the email you provided.
If not, you just have to try and remember it.
