Lots of rain water leaking into front passenger foot rest.

Are you certain it is rain water? It could be condensation from the A/C coil that fails to drain out of the drain pan, or possibly coolant from a leaking heater core. If you are certain it is rain water, depending upon the age of the vehicle, and possibly some other things, here are the possible options:

  1. Leaking door gasket.
  2. Leaking windshield seal due to rust
  3. Leaking windshield seal due to improper installation
  4. Leaking windshield seal due to acoustic (sound) over pressure (if you have extreme sound system with heavy bass)
  5. If you have a sunroof, if the drain hose comes down the passenger side door column, it could be leaking into the passenger compartment rather than drain through the floor pan.

Possible oil Leak at Knock Sensor

if I'm not mistaken, the knock sensor is mounted on the transmission bell close to the motor and detects the flywheel position. It is possible that the valve cover gaskets might be leaking from the bottom side and dripping onto the knock sensor, but it is also possible that the leak might be from the rear main seal of the motor. If that is the case, you will have to drop the ****** to replace the seal. If the knock sensor was bad your vehicle would not start at all, just crank. Try to wipe all the old oil with rags and look very closely where it gets oily again

I have a leak where the hose meets the bottom of the filter, I purchased a product FIX A LEAK they say I have to reverse the direction of the pump in order for that to work is that possible It is a...

Anything is possible, but this would require you to replumb the pump in backwards, and then replumb it correctly again after that. If I were you I would:

1. Try to replace the pvc line where the leak is occuring. (if possible)
2. if number 1 is not possible, aquire a fiberglass wrap kit from the local hardware store, drain the tub below the leak, dry the area thuroughly and apply the wrap to the outside of the leak (if the inside can be reached, apply to the inside as well.

Getting P1151 and P1131 codes on my 98 Ford Taurus. ''Lack of HO2S-21 and HO2S-11 Switching, Signal Low Input. Does this mean the O2 sensor(s) is defective, just durty, or some sort of vacume leak, or??

No that is it, More then likely your 02 sensor needs to be replaced.
But other possible causes would be excessive fuel pressure, leaking/contaminated fuel injectors, leaking pressure regulator, low fuel pressure or running out of fuel, vapor recovery system.
Other possible causes could be: Air leaks after the MAF, vacuum leaks.
Possible causes PVC system:
improperly seated engine oil dip-stick.
Possible causes EGR system:
Leaking gasket, stuck EGR valve, leaking diaphragm or EVR.
Possible causes Base engine:
Oil over filled, cam timing, cylinder compression, exhaust leaks before or near H02S(s).
I know its a lot of info but it could be anything. Take your time, good luck. Let me know how it is going.

Vac code came on 0455

Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (large leak)
A large leak has been detected in the evaporative system. See TSB 25-001-02. Also, possible faulty or loose gas cap. Note: The respective Powertrain Diagnostic Procedures Manual will direct the technician to determine if the vehicle evaporative system has an external system leak. Examples of some external system leaks are: a loose gas cap, a disconnected evaporative system hose, or a loose hose connection. Remember that the evaporative system may also have an internal system leak. This internal leak may be caused by an intermittent or permanently stuck open Duty Cycle Purge (DCP) valve. This leak source is considered to be internal because any escaping emissions enter into the engine system and not directly into the atmosphere, unlike an external leak. An internal leak may cause one of the above DTC?s. Possible causes of a stuck open (intermittent or permanent) DCP valve are: 1. Corrosion due to system moisture or possible water intrusion into the system.
