Dishes on top rack not cleaning. I took out upper rack and checked for debris in upper spray arm and feed and it is all clear. Any suggestions ???

- I have the same problem. I have checked and the upper spray arm doesn't rotate, nor is there enough water pressure to create a spray. There is water flowing into the spray arm. - dhaugen1

- I have the same issue. I tried to look in the filter under the lower arm but I CANNOT get the lower spray arm off. I try to reverse loosen the plastic nut to get it off but it just turns and turns and turns and it doesn't come off!
Very frustrated!
Any suggestions??- cmscudder

Test by pulling out the lower rack and run an upper load, it may just be a loading issue. Some washers are better than others, in that they have stronger moters and impelors than others. The impellor may have something like a fork, knife, or broken glass in it.
