You need to contact the former owner, or any Jensen dealer or Jensen directly via online. You might check your glovebox for a card w/code on it. Those codes are very specific and might require you pulling radio and getting serial # off it. (sorry didn't have a better answer)
Try to delete paired phone and to make the connection again. Once my phone was connected (showed on the screen), but no sound !?! :( and I couldn't access the phone (address book, call list...) I deleted it from the unit ("SRC">"Bluetooth Phone">"AV Menu">"ENT">"Delete Pair">"Yes") and make the connection again and everything was OK.
yeah, I'm having Bluetooth trouble too... didn't know it has a 300 address limit??!! that's dumb. I agree, for a high end piece like this, I'd think it'd be a bit better. My problem is that my address book (which I sent to the unit one by one...) sometimes is there, sometimes is not. Kinda frustrating. Anyone know how to get your address book to be recognized all the time??
I'm sure you know this, but in order to send your contacts to the Bluetooth, you first have to disconnect the device through your phone. Then you can send them one by one. A guy at Car Toys says that the Lenwood unit is notoriously difficult with the address book situation... hope it helps.
