Format the disk. Then try again.
You have to use the disk manager software to copy files onto the disk. Simply copy and paste will not work for disks meant to be used with Designer 1. Download it here. Take note of where you save the file so that you may access it to install after downloading.

I don't think they are copyable.Software is copyrighted and there is usually a program built into it which prevents it from being copied. Here is a link about a couple of other reasons though.I tried to copyright something myself last year.Once I researched all the laws and media pertaining to it,it answered quite a few questions for me.I constantly try to find repair manuals on many things. If it isn't in the owner's manual,it is not free due to copyright laws.Music, repair manuals, service manuals, parts manuals, software, pictures from websites, and many other things too numerous to list. That was the main issue at hand also when the big problem was people downloading music for free on the internet.Since then, there has been a much stricter watch on wha people are allowed to do.You probably won't like my answer but I am not here to lie or post false information, far from it.When I tell people about this copyright issue,I get a bad rating almost every time.I don't know if people do not just want to hear it,or if they are persistent that everything should be free, but as I said I have thoroughly researched it.It is a fact, that's all.Back in the 80's,when Phil Jackson was coaching the Bulls, they came up with 3peat and he copyrighted it.Any merchandise which is sold with that term,he is getting,or should be getting, legally,a royalty for that item.Greg

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
