Question about Rival RC160 16-Cup Rice Cooker
Rice cooker blew fuse.
Replaced fuse and rice cooker blew fuse again.
Could the heating element be defective?
Yeah it has a short in it or just a wire lose from the heater.
open up and check. If you have an ohm meter check the heater. It should not be infinit
